Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities for ridged plastic packaging within the personal care, household and food sectors.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Innovation Focus: Collaborate with our R&D and product teams to tailor our packaging solutions to meet client needs and market trends.
• Sustainability Advocacy: Promote our sustainable packaging solutions to clients looking to reduce their environmental impact.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, within the rigid packaging sector.
• Strong network of contacts within the personal care, household and food sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Passion for innovation and sustainability in packaging.
