The Opportunity

As Sales Director, you'll lead our UK sales operation from the front - taking ownership of the strategy while staying actively involved in key account development and high-value negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the UK sales team to exceed growth and revenue targets
• Create and execute strategic sales plans across UK and international markets
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities for expansion
• Collaborate closely with internal departments including marketing, operations, and product development
• Report regularly to the board on performance, forecasts, and commercial activity

About You

• Proven experience as a Sales Director or Senior Sales Leader within manufacturing
• A hands-on leader who thrives on driving performance and building strong customer relationships
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and developing high-performing teams
• Commercially savvy with excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Willingness to travel as needed across the UK and internationally
