Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for driving manufacturing excellence? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to take ownership of final assembly processes on complex designs and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimise final assembly equipment uptime and turbocharger assembly processes
• Drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through APQP, PEP, and PPAP framework
• Manage tooling systems, production setup sheets, and operator SOPs
• Resolve 'run at rate' production issues with sustained engineering support
• Champion Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards (IATF16949, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001)
• Lead root cause analysis, kaizen activities, and problem-solving initiatives
• Maintain and edit FMEA and Control Plans
• Procure and maintain final assembly equipment and tooling in line with UK PUWER regulations
• Modify tooling drawings to support process changes and improvements
• Collaborate with OE plants and engineering teams during NPI correlation
• Manage capital projects including proposals, budgeting, and cost control

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering
• Prior experience in manufacturing and product engineering
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
